Responsibilities:
1. Oversee administrative management and provide logistical support for projects in Germany and neighboring countries.
2. Manage corporate culture initiatives, plan and organize team activities.
3. Support exhibitions and maintain external relationships.
4. Establish and standardize administrative systems and processes.
5. Oversee procurement, manage administrative costs, and ensure effective implementation.
6. Coordinate office space decoration and renovation projects.
7. Handle other administrative tasks and assignments as directed by leadership.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management and administration, with a bachelor's degree.
2. Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German, English, and Chinese.
3. Strong knowledge of European—particularly German—policies and regulations, with access to local administrative resources and networks.
4. Prior experience in administrative roles is required;
experience in office decoration and renovation is a plus.
5. Based in Frankfurt, with flexibility for business travel.
