Learn more atWhat will you be doing?The successful candidate will join the EMEA & APAC Media & Analytics Solutions Delivery team, supporting FMCG (and occasionally General Merchandise) manufacturers and retailers with their growth strategies. This involves analyzing in-store sales and marketing activities to identify performance improvement opportunities, providing recommendations on assortment, media, pricing, and promotions based on insightful machine analytics using EPOS data.As a Media & Analytics Insights Consultant, you will collaborate with a team of consultants across Germany and the EMEA region to support contracted and ad hoc services for Circana’s clients. Your role includes managing the delivery of projects from approval to insights delivery, working closely with clients and colleagues in the EMEA & APAC Media & Analytics Solutions Delivery team.Job ResponsibilitiesProject managementLeverage data and analysis to make concise and compelling client recommendations.Manage client relationships and coordinate with suppliers (e.g., media agencies) to ensure data collection and validation.Act as the key liaison between Circana’s data scientists, insights analysts, and commercial teams to facilitate delivery and ensure quality.Maintain project quality through scope definition, quality checks, timeline tracking, and results validation.Align project setup and outcomes with client expectations (as per the scope of work) and interpret business questions into clear project specifications.Prepare impactful presentation materials (PowerPoint, Excel, visualization platforms) and present findings to clients, providing feedback and guidance during project execution.Insights and ConsultingCollaborate with Circana’s commercial team to develop insights and deliver client presentations based on machine learning data analysis.Lead client workshops to interpret results and provide strategic advice.Connect industry trends to generate innovative insights and solutions that support client growth.Build and maintain trust with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and delivery partner.RequirementsInterest or understanding of marketing strategy and FMCG industry trends.Relevant experience in data analysis, insights, or data management; experience with marketing mix insights is a plus.Understanding of media channels and advertising mechanisms.No statistical background required, but strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.Experience with big data platforms like Circana Market Advantage is preferred.Knowledge of analytical principles such as A/B testing, multi-touch attribution, and marketing mix modeling.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills.Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.Good organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and resources.Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, self-motivated, and accountable.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple stakeholders.Our shared behaviors include:Stay CuriousSeek ClarityOwn the OutcomeCenter on the ClientBe a ChallengerChampion InclusivityCommit to each otherLocationThis position can be located within traveling distance from Dusseldorf, Germany. #J-18808-Ljbffr
