Your tasks
7. New development and redesign of complex electronic circuits as well as precise component selection and simulation for high-frequency technology systems.
8. Strategy development to ensure the long-term supply and service capability of our products through forward-looking analyses in the area of obsolescence management.
9. Analysis and evaluation of technical component changes and product announcements to proactively avoid supply bottlenecks for direction finders, antennas and receivers.
10. Qualification and validation of hardware components to ensure the highest quality and performance standards in radio location and detection.
11. Optimization of manufacturing processes through the identification of error sources and the initiation and monitoring of sustainable corrective measures.
12. Coordination of the interfaces between purchasing, manufacturing and development to guarantee a smooth implementation of technical adjustments.
Your profile
13. A degree in electrical and information engineering or a comparable qualification with a sound technical background.
14. Expertise in circuit design and in-depth knowledge of component selection, ideally with a clear focus on high-frequency technology.
15. Routine in simulation tools for the technical testing and validation of electronic assemblies and system components.
16. Organizational strength and a strong cost awareness in the development of technical solution strategies.
17. Independent working style characterized by a structured, solution-oriented and proactive approach to complex issues.
18. Language skills in German and English to confidently manage communication within interdisciplinary teams and with international partners.
