WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Do you want to make a real difference? In this key role, you will work directly with the COO/CTO of our group of companies and drive the digital transformation of our consulting processes. Your goal: agile project management, operational excellence and innovative solutions – across Europe. How you will create an impact Strategic management of transformation projects for the standardisation and digitalisation of consulting processes. Introduction and scaling of agile and dual project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with the support of agile coaches. Configuration and optimisation of the Kantata project management software and other digital tools. Developing and implementing best practices for monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement. Harmonisation of project management and transformation practices across all European markets. Development of communication, training and engagement strategies to support sustainable change. Facilitation of workshops and retrospectives to promote innovation and collaboration. Definition and tracking of relevant KPIs and data-based analysis to derive improvement measures. Active involvement of internal and external stakeholders, including communication of progress and integration of feedback. Key and Operational Responsibilities Holistic project management and coordination of transformation projects to ensure strategic goals are achieved. Proactive risk management across all project phases. Ensuring quality, scope and goal achievement through close coordination with relevant stakeholders. Leading interdisciplinary project teams and promoting cooperation between IT, finance, HR and business units. Integration and coordination of overlapping workflows and management of dependencies. Facilitation of focused discussions and ensuring closed communication loops. Preparing and presenting meaningful reports and updates for senior management. Coordinating technical concepts and quality assurance of system designs and specifications. Managing external service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Essential Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in a relevant field Proven experience in project and transformation management in professional service and / or life science industry Expertise in agile methodologies and change management in different cultural settings Strategic execution and stakeholder management skills Tool proficiency (e.g., Kantata, Miro, JIRA, MS Teams) Fluent in English; German preferred Willingness to travel across Europe Desirable Qualifications & Experience Certifications in Agile, change management, or transformation frameworks Experience in the healthcare sector Exposure to large-scale transformation programs Background in organizational development and international collaboration Affinity for digital and emerging technologies Last but not least Hybrid with Office in Hannover, Lower Saxony: Regular in-person presence at the office (2–3 days per week).
