Tasks
Full sales process management: from lead acquisition to contract signing
Product and service presentations during meetings or online
Conducting negotiations, handling objections, and establishing partnerships
Preparing individual commercial offers
Cooperation with the account management team and client handover after deal closure
Working with the CRM system and preparing reports
Monitoring the market, competitors, and providing feedback
Requirements
At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
German and English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding is an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Independence, proactivity, and result orientation
