Job Description
Overview:
The Consultant will lead and deliver Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions using JustPerform, focusing on financial consolidation and planning processes. This role requires deep functional expertise in finance and accounting, combined with strong technical skills in 1 or more EPM Solution configuration and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Solution Design & Delivery
o Analyze client requirements and design scalable EPM solutions for consolidation and planning.
o Configure JustPerform models, workflows, and business rules to meet client objectives.
o Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards in consolidation processes.
* Implementation & Integration
o Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including data integration from ERP systems.
o Develop and validate calculation logic for intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial adjustments.
o Optimize planning models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
* Stakeholder Engagement
o Collaborate with finance teams, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best practices.
o Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
* Quality Assurance
o Perform system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure accuracy and performance.
o Document processes, configurations, and provide post-implementation support.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
* Functional Expertise
o Strong knowledge of financial consolidation principles, statutory reporting, and planning cycles.
o Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP and corporate finance processes.
* Technical Skills
o Hands-on experience with an EPM platform (mandatory).
o Proficiency in data modeling, scripting, and workflow automation within EPM tools.
o Understanding of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
* Professional Attributes
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication and client-facing capabilities.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
o Fluency in German and English is essential
Preferred Qualifications
* CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance certification.
* Prior experience in consulting or EPM implementation projects.
* Knowledge of other EPM tools (OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC) is a plus.
