Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.
This role will involve providing administrative support, managing procurement and inventory of supplies, preparing courier packages, overseeing the execution of contracts, managing contracts/orders, invoicing and payment, filing clients' and the Bank's documents/correspondences, creating client legal files, correspondence files and offices files as appropriate, removing old files as needed, maintaining the storage area and archives in a clean, organized and presentable manner, ensuring that documents are archived and old outdated documents are destroyed as appropriate, providing support for security and safety procedures, performing delegated functions as required, and functioning in other non-conflicting key areas of the Bank in cases of absences or planned leave.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering the telephone line, taking messages, and maintaining the reception area;
* Procure and manage inventory of supplies, prepare courier packages, and oversee the execution of contracts;
* File and maintain accurate records of clients' and the Bank's documents/correspondences, creating client legal files, correspondence files, and offices files as necessary;
* Support security and safety procedures, and perform delegated functions as required;
