Join our affiliate TotalEnergies E&P NETHERLANDS in The Hague !
As a communication officer, your main tasks will be as follows :
* Internal communications: write articles for intranet and newsletters, sometimes after interviewing a colleague.
* Visual content: support the design and production of visual/digital media content (such as videos, photos, infographics); maintain and improve the media library.
* Narrowcasting: responsibility for the content creation and publication for the office TV screens, including coordination with the internal comms officer of The Cube, our HQ Netherlands office building in The Hague.
* Internal events: assist in the organization, execution, and follow-up of internal events.
* Campaigns: assist in executing communication campaigns initiated by the E&P branch, TotalEnergies HQ and corporate comms in the Netherlands.
* Surveys: support the execution of surveys, such as post-event satisfaction surveys and the annual employee satisfaction & engagement surveys; including assisting the reporting of results and follow-up of action plans.
* Reporting: generate internal performance metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of communication channels.
* Crisis communications: provide support to improve tools and documentation needed for the crisis communications/media response approach/process.
Candidate Profile
Expected qualifications :
* Higher education in the field of Communications (Internal/External Comms, Corporate/Crisis Comms, Digital Media & Marketing)
Technical skills :
* Good to fluent level of English in speaking & writing as well as being self-driven is a must
* Able to write/ execute a comms plan for smaller and larger projects
* Good writing skills (f.e. intranet articles, newsletter content, email campaigns, etc.)
* Good organization skills (f.e. for internal events) and attention to details
* Able to conduct simple (video) interviews with colleagues
* Able to work with software tools to create visual & digital content
* Understand the applications, limitations, and risks of using social media
* Able to set up and conduct small internal surveys
Computing skills :
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Powerpoint
* Knowledge of Office 365, in particular SharePoint, Forms
* Digital design/video software (for example Canva, PremierPro, Adobe)
* Newsletter / Mail campaign software (for example Mailjet) is a plus
Languages :
* English: level C1 minimum
* French: level B2
* Dutch : would be helpful, not required
