Ihre Aufgaben:
* Define and structure the overall business cutover approach in a large S/4HANA program
* Develop and maintain cutover plans, timelines, and dependencies
* Prepare and support cutover workshops (agenda, materials, structure)
* Identify, track and manage cutover dependencies ang risks across business and IT
* Act as a senior sparring partner to the Business Cutover Lead with practical guidanceSupport hands-on execution of cutover preparation activities (not purely advisory)
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Extensive, proven experience in Cutover Management, ideally on large/complex programs
* Strong methodological ability to define clear structures and working models
* Hands-on execution mindset (creating deliverables, driving progress)
* Experience in cross-functional, complex environments
* Fluent or very strong German (critical for local alignment)
* FMCG or related industry background is advantageous
* Experience supporting business-led cutover organizations is advantageous
