We are on the lookout for an (Senior) Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team for a 6-month fixed term contract on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As a recruiter in the Talent Acquisition department hiring for corporate functions, you’ll work closely with your colleagues in TA Operations, Employer Brand and Candidate Experience to always deliver amazing experiences, inside and outside of the organization.
1. Stakeholder Management: work closely with talent acquisition managers and hiring managers on hiring requests including regular updates on progress of the candidate funnel
2. Talent Insights and Candidate Sourcing: use various sources including jobboards, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter etc. to headhunt talent for niche roles, craft compelling messages and perform market research
3. Candidate Management: conduct candidate interviews, pitch Delivery Heroes value proposition and provide interview feedback to candidates
4. Operational Excellence: update all relevant spreadsheets and tools, including our ATS SmartRecruiters, with a high attention to detail as well as internal compliance
5. Data Management: perform analysis and create reports to reflect on hiring progress using our data visualisation tool, Tableau
Qualifications
6. Prior work experience within Talent Acquisition in a fast paced, dynamic environment
7. Relevant educational background within Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences etc.
8. Fluent communicator in English who thrives in a people facing role
9. Comfortable analyzing data in Excel or a data visualization tool, able to prioritize tasks with strong communication and networking skills
10. Legal working rights in Germany
11. Hands on experience with a HR management system ( Workday), applicant tracking system ( SmartRecruiters), LinkedIn Recruiter and data Visualisation tool ( Tableau)
