For our Hamburg office, we are therefore looking to hire a (Senior) Operations Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect. Management and coordination of cross-departmental processes and initiatives involving Finance, Buying, Sales, Logistics, Tech, and other departments. Leadership of operationally relevant projects, in particular tool rollouts and system implementations, including support of change processes and ensuring successful adoption in day-to-day operations. Completed degree in Business Administration, Operations, Process or Project Management, or a related field. Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and experience working in cross-functional environments. Demonstrated success in: Leading cross-functional projects Tool and system implementations Process optimization and KPI management Scaling business models Strong analytical skills, a structured and solution-oriented working style, and high problem-solving ability. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (German skills are optional). Confident use of common tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software). Experience with ERP, CRM, or warehouse management systems. Familiarity with data analytics and BI tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Hands-on mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to set priorities and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment.
