We are looking for a motivated Facility Technician (m/f/d) to join our team in Kelsterbach on a temporary employment basis (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung). In this role, you will support daily site operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and keep the facility running smoothly.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct risk assessments and issue work permits for contractors
2. Monitor and manage contractor work on site
3. Create and manage access permissions for external workers
4. Perform regular facility walks to ensure safety and compliance
5. Carry out site monitoring and control activities
6. Complete routine checklists and inspections
7. Organize spare parts and maintain order in the storage room
8. Update spare parts in the inventory management software
9. Coordinate with the commissioning team on ongoing site activities
10. Maintain and structure the document folders

11. Past experience in facility management, site operations, or technical environments
12. Confident in working with contractors and safety processes
13. Well‑organized, proactive, and reliable
14. Strong communication skills
