Account Executive (German-Speaking) Location: Munich (On-site) We are seeking a driven and consultative B2B sales professional to manage and grow key accounts while building new business relationships across the HR and talent landscape. This role is ideal for someone with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, strong executive presence, and the ability to engage with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. Partner with HR leaders (CHROs, Heads of Talent, HR Directors) to develop and execute enterprise-wide strategies. Identify and convert new business opportunities within untapped territories. Lead consultative sales processes, focusing on sign-ups, upgrades, and renewals. Drive SaaS sales growth, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and usage of the platform. Conduct accurate forecasting and account planning on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Educate clients on product value, ensuring long-term partnerships and high renewal rates. Requirements Fluent German (spoken and written). 6 years in B2B sales with full quota responsibility and a track record of exceeding targets. Proven experience in SaaS sales, including managing enterprise clients and subscription-based models. Demonstrated success influencing and engaging C-Suite and senior executives. Strong background in consultative sales; HR or HR consultancy experience is a plus. Executive presence, adaptability, and a proactive, “can-do” mindset. Experience in managing complex SaaS sales cycles and strategic accounts.
