Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and improving healthcare? I'm currently hiring for an Application Engineer for a company leading the way in diagnostic imaging innovation.
Tasks
* Lead and support new customer deployments
* Configure and customise solutions to fit clinical workflows
* Train end-users including radiologists, PACS admins, and IT staff
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical application issues
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, product) to drive customer success
* Provide post-go-live support and consult on workflow optimisation
* Travel to customer sites as needed (approx. 30–50%)
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or similar
* 2+ years of experience in a healthcare IT, applications, or imaging environment
* Solid understanding of DICOM, PACS, HL7, and clinical imaging workflows
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills
* Comfort working directly with both technical and clinical stakeholders
Nice to have:
* Prior experience with enterprise imaging software or radiology tools
* Scripting or light coding skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
* Familiarity with HL7, networking, or healthcare security standards
