Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow market share in Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia)
* Identify and approach new business opportunities; actively acquire and develop new customers
* Manage and expand long-term relationships with existing key accounts
* Present and demonstrate technically complex products tailored to customer needs
* Lead negotiations and successfully close contracts
* Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
* Represent the company at trade fairs, industry conferences, and regional marketing events
* Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support to ensure excellent customer service
* Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic updates to management
* Travel extensively within the assigned region
Your Qualifications:
* University degree in a technical or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration)
* Minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or technical environments
* Experience in the sealing or insulation industry is a strong advantage
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confident and persuasive in presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
* Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and a strong team player
* Fluent in English; knowledge of one or more Eastern European languages is a plus
* Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Eastern European region
