Job Description: Sales Director DACH (M/F/D)

We are seeking a committed and customer-oriented professional to join us as Sales Director DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive and achieve Group sales and HANZA’s Cluster Germany goals and targets.
* Lead the Account Managers team by setting targets, supporting activity planning, and providing follow-up and coaching.
* Act as a point of escalation for the Sales Team when necessary.
* Represent sales efforts for large-scale new and existing customers.
* Identify new qualified leads and contribute to acquiring new customers for HANZA Group and Cluster Germany.
* Lead contract negotiations and develop strategic account plans for designated customers.
* Visit customers regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
* Market and support the sales of HANZA’s advisory services.
* Report on sales projects and customer activities.
* Maintain updated account information and opportunities in the CRM system.
* Support and lead regional marketing activities and contribute to defining regional and global marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
* Customer-oriented with a strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.
* Ability to establish good business relationships at all organizational levels and manage complex business negotiations.
* Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and lead teams towards set goals.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and high business acumen.
* Structured, well-organized, persistent, results-focused, and driven.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Proficient in planning, implementing, and following up on projects and tasks; eager to learn and develop skills.
* Technical or sales education, with extensive sales experience within manufacturing, consulting services, and large deals.
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Proven sales leadership with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
* Experience in setting and tracking sales targets for customers and prospects.
* Extensive experience working with large, multinational companies.
* Ability to sell group capabilities across all management levels.
* Experience selling production as a contract manufacturer.
* Familiarity with Account Management Plans and prospecting strategies.
* Valid driving license.
