The Graduate Management role at Arrow is designed for individuals who have recently completed their education and are eager to take on new challenges. Our 12-month program provides a unique opportunity to learn from experienced mentors, develop both professional and soft skills, and work on various projects that drive business growth.
As a Graduate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with our team to analyze campaign performance, coordinate with stakeholders, and implement solutions to resolve issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong analytical mindset. You should also be proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business-related studies obtained within the last two years.
* Business fluent German and English (oral & written).
