* Build & Nurture: While your initial focus is on hunting new opportunities, you will transition into a "Farmer" role over time, nurturing these relationships into long-term success stories.
* Embrace Trial & Error: You work in an environment that celebrates learning. We prefer a brave experiment that fails over doing nothing at all.
