We are seeking a Senior Advisor for Aerospace & Defense Partnerships with deep domain expertise in LVDT and RVDT applications within the Aerospace & Defense sector.
This role is designed for a highly experienced operations and commercial leader who brings established OEM and Tier 1 relationships, strong technical fluency, and the ability to immediately influence strategy, market positioning, and revenue acceleration.
The Senior Advisor will serve as a trusted strategic partner to leadership, providing market insight, shaping partnership strategy, and guiding long-cycle program capture efforts.
Key Responsibilities Advise leadership on partnership and customer engagement strategy specific to LVDT and RVDT solutions in aerospace and defense markets
Leverage established OEM, Tier 1/Tier 2, and program-level relationships to accelerate market access and pipeline development
Serve as a senior commercial and technical advisor in key customer discussions
Provide guidance on qualification cycles, certification pathways, and program-based procurement environments
Identify strategic partnership opportunities to embed sensing solutions into priority platforms
Offer insight on competitive positioning, market trends, and evolving customer requirements within motion-control and sensing applications
Support strategic account planning and high-value opportunity pursuit as needed
Required Experience & Background Senior-level commercial leadership experience (VP, Head of Business Development, Partnerships Executive, or similar)
Direct experience with LVDT and/or RVDT products, applications, or systems
Demonstrated success selling into Aerospace & Defense OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
Active, trusted relationships with engineering, sourcing, and program stakeholders
Strong understanding of aerospace qualification processes, certification standards, and long sales cycles
Ability to engage credibly with both technical teams and executive leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile Deeply embedded in the aerospace and defense sensing ecosystem
Known and respected within relevant OEM and supplier networks
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence direction and selectively engage in execution
Comfortable operating in a fractional, advisory capacity
Domain specialist - not a generalist; requires specific sensing and motion-control expertise
