Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Origination Manager to lead our strategic partnership efforts. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and nurturing an ecosystem that supports our ambitious growth plans through strategic alliances and innovative partnerships.
* Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives.
* The Origination Manager is responsible for structuring and negotiating tailored commercial arrangements for our clients, working with a diverse range of offtake partners to enable successful energy transactions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management and data scientists to assess and prioritize potential partnerships and other growth opportunities.
* Leverage comprehensive knowledge of energy markets and our product to guide partnership strategies and opportunities.
* Communicate market and product expertise effectively through persuasive presentations, showcasing the value proposition of our new energy solutions.
* Cultivate relationships and negotiate agreements with key stakeholders in the energy sector to foster long-term relationships and enable beneficial terms.
Your Profile
Mandatory Requirements:
* Fluent in German and English (C1-level)
* 2+ years of proven experience in a strategic partnership, business developer, business analyst, consulting or market expert role within the energy industry
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
* Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic initiatives and partnerships in a technical environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets autonomously
* Proficient in conducting thorough market research to discern trends, identify emerging technologies, and pinpoint potential business opportunities within the energy sector.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders; explaining complex solutions to internal and external stakeholders
Skills to Set You Apart:
* Proficiency in Italian, Spanish or Polish is a plus
* Entrepreneurial spirit
* Deep technical know-how in the energy industry, especially around BESS and trading
