OverviewAs a Principal Finance Architect & E2E Process Owner (f/m/d), you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and governing standardized end-to-end processes, leading global teams to drive our digital transformation.ResponsibilitiesAssuming the role of a Principal Finance Architect & E2E Process Owner (f/m/d) for the Record to Report processes (general ledger, closing & reporting, controlling, business integrity screening, business planning and reporting, document and compliance reporting (DRC), etc.) within our global transformation program, employing Agile and Scrum methodologiesLeading and developing part of a diverse, global team of professionals, located across Germany, Portugal, and IndiaShaping the accounting & controlling processes for Siemens of the future, by defining and overseeing their implementation within your area of responsibility, based on the newest standard technologiesServing as the governance authority for the established standards and processes, ensuring their adherence and continuous improvementStrategically deciding on functionalities to be included within your scope, prioritizing them according to business needs and technological advancementsLeading cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, align, and test future-proof global Siemens solutionsEffectively communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, from operational teams to top management, both internally and externally, to prepare and drive decision-making meetings and coordination rounds, including their moderation and follow-upEducationYou have an economics degree or strong practical knowledge in accounting including ERP systems implementationsExperience & SkillsExtensive operational experience in accounting and finance, including their setup in ERP systems, with deep business and technical knowledgeStrong operational professional experience with Siemens accounting guidelines and processes, including in-depth know-how of optimization potential in Siemens Finance processesMany years of experience in process optimization and new process designExperience in region & division and headquartersExtensive experience with agile project methodologies and their application in SAP implementation projectsTechnical understanding of S/4HANA and its possibilities and functionalitiesProven experience in working with international teams and managing global initiativesWays of workingExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction at all levels, including C-level management, with a confident and assertive demeanorStrong decision-making ability, creativity, results- and customer-orientation, initiative, and the ability to motivate teamsExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address issuesA continuous learning and change mindsetLanguagesExcellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages like German is a plusYou are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
