Tasks 1st level support: You are the first point of contact for IT inquiries and faults - analyze, document and solve problems quickly and in a service-oriented manner
VMware administration: You look after our virtual infrastructure - set up virtual machines, maintain and continuously optimize the environment
Network management: You manage our WAN, LAN and WLAN networks - including configuration, error analysis and ensuring availability and security
Server support: You administer our Windows server systems, Exchange server and terminal server - carry out user administration, updates and troubleshooting
Monitoring & availability: You monitor the entire system landscape - detect faults at an early stage and ensure stable, reliable IT operations
Client installation & configuration: You set up end devices according to internal standards and adapt them to user requirements
Profile IT training: You have completed training, e.g. as an IT specialist in system integration, or another comparable qualification
Professional experience: You have initial experience in the areas of network, server and VMware administration
Languages: You can communicate confidently in German and English
Working style & Soft skills: Analytical, structured, service-oriented - and always a team player!
