Job Title: Head of Marketing & Communications A dynamic, internationally operating B2B services provider with a strong presence across Europe is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing & Communications to lead its marketing efforts from strategy to execution. This pivotal end-to-end role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and executing results. Working closely with the Commercial Officer and cross-functional teams, you will drive impactful campaigns that fuel growth, strengthen brand equity, and elevate internal and external communications. Tasks Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Own the communications strategy and deliver campaigns to enhance brand reputation and drive commercial growth. Manage internal communications, employee engagement, and collaborate with C-suite on external messaging. Lead the brand refresh and develop multimedia content targeting our audience. Oversee content creation and digital marketing partnerships, ensuring high performance. Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product management, and leadership to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. Support sales with collateral and content to improve prospect conversion. Utilize tactics such as ABM, paid social, webinars, and email marketing to generate MQLs and grow the pipeline. Manage content marketing activities including blogs, ebooks, webinars, and videos, maintaining high quality standards. Oversee website updates, SEO optimization, and social media presence. Track and report on traffic, CAC, MQLs, conversion rates, attribution, and pipeline growth. Create materials and presentations to support sales efforts. Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand target segment needs and preferences. Manage and report on the marketing budget monthly. Requirements 8-10 years of senior experience in marketing and communications, preferably in B2B services. Proven track record in driving awareness, lead generation, and commercial impact. Experience in internal and external corporate communications, social/digital marketing, and employee engagement. Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and with external partners. Experience leading projects from inception to completion. Fluent in English (excellent copy, accuracy, proofreading, and communication skills); German is a plus.
