Role: CRM Application Manager / Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (m/f/d)
For one of our clients, we are looking for a CRM Application Manager / Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (m/w/d).
Your responsibilities:
* Consult, design, and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across relevant modules
* Support international rollouts and multi-entity setups, including country-specific adaptations and compliance
* Conduct fit-gap analyses and derive functional and technical requirements for implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements
* Configure and customize Business Central, including workflows, roles, function settings, document layouts, and extensions
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for complex issues
* Develop solution concepts and specifications for further development in collaboration with internal and external developers
* Plan and facilitate workshops with business units, key users, and management to document processes and define solutions
* Support data migration efforts, including defining migration rules and performing test imports
* Conduct and manage testing, document test cases, and support business teams until final acceptance
* Support go-live activities, including cutover planning, hypercare, and stabilization
* Create user documentation, training materials, and deliver training for users, key users, and support teams
* Collaborate closely with the ERP team, system support specialists, business analysts, and external partners to ensure an optimized system landscape
We are looking for:
* Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
* Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and CRM processes
* Experience with CRM administration, customization, and international rollouts
* Structured, independent working style and excellent communication skills
* Comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders and external service providers
* Proficiency in German and English
