Your responsibilities:
* Strategic leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for the IT portfolio and the PMO
* Establishment and continuous development of a sustainable IT portfolio management for IT projects (IT project portfolio) and IT products (IT product portfolio)
* Design and implementation of IT portfolio processes and standards
* Support and advisory to management in the prioritization and risk assessment of the IT portfolio
* Establishment and facilitation of portfolio boards, including preparation of decision materials for C-level executives
* Prioritization of the use of resources (finance and personnel) based on the needs of the business units
* Transparency regarding the status of all IT products
* Control of the Program Management Office for strategically important IT programs (e.g. VORward)
You offer us:
* Successfully completed Master's degree in the field of information technologies or comparable
* More than 7 years of relevant professional experience in IT portfolio management, IT program and project management
* Proven experience in a management position
* Extensive and broad professional experience in the areas of IT portfolio management, IT program and project management
* Structured thinking and very good analytical skills
* Excellent knowledge of German and English
