<p><strong>You can look forward to these exciting tasks:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify, quantify, and monitor transactional and translational FX and interest rate exposures across all business units and regions, ensuring transparent and reliable risk reporting</li>
<li><span>Develop and execute hedging strategies in line with internal treasury policies, market conditions, and regulatory requirements (e.g. IFRS 9, IFRS 18, EMIR)</span></li>
<li><span>Integrate FX impacts and settlement effects into group-wide cash flow planning to support proactive hedging, funding, and liquidity decisions</span></li>
<li><span>Support and further drive the automation of settlement payments, valuation, and accounting processes related to derivative and FX transactions</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor and actively support the reduction of local and trapped cash positions, including foreign currency balances</span></li>
<li><span>Manage relationships with banks and FX counterparties, including best-execution oversight, settlement instructions, and coordination of bank accounts and electronic banking setups (EBICS, H2H, SWIFT)</span></li>
<li><span>Support daily treasury operations and governance topics, including foreign currency disposition, KYC coordination, and group-wide guarantee business, ensuring adherence to treasury processes and guidelines</span></li>

<p><strong>This is what you bring to us:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4–6 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, ideally within a multinational or industrial environment</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, a master’s degree or related discipline</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in FX markets, instruments, and hedging strategies</li>
<li>Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems (e. g., Coupa, SAP, 360T, …) and additional tools for market data (e. g. Thomason Reuters, S&P, Credit Reform, …) and advanced Excel modelling skills</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus</li>
