Senior Relationship Manager
Our organization is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.
* This role will involve developing and implementing strategic initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
* Closing deals with entrepreneurial clients in Europe, focusing on External Asset Managers, Family Offices, and Multi-Family Offices.
* Collaborating with Business Partners and Introducers to enhance market reach and client engagement.
* Ensuring accurate execution of client instructions to maintain high service quality.
* Staying updated on financial markets and executing the bank's investment strategy.
You will be working closely with an expanding network of Business Partners and Introducers to increase our presence in Sweden, Denmark, Poland, and the Netherlands. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for building long-lasting relationships and driving business growth.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* A relevant degree in finance or a related field and relevant certifications.
* A background in Corporate banking/Corporate Finance, whether through education or practical experience.
* Fluency in English, Danish, Swedish, Polish, or Dutch.
* Proven experience in Private Banking, Business development, and relationship management.
* Strong networking skills, including a strong network of mortgage brokers.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build sustainable relationships.
* A high level of integrity and ethics.
* Proven negotiation skills.
* Growth mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Display a strong client-centric and results-driven mindset.
* Possess a strong inclination towards teamwork and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Demonstrate readiness and capability to undertake travel.
