with a focus on IT services and projects, to start as soon as possible

What you’ll do:
</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Administration of our IT infrastructure in the Microsoft environment, including servers, clients, permissions, Microsoft 365, and standard software
</li>
<li>
1st- and 2nd-level support for our employees, including documentation in the ticket system
</li>
<li>
Comprehensive implementation of IT projects such as rollouts, new tools, migrations, and system transitions
</li>
<li>
Further development of IT processes, standards, and technical documentation
</li>
<li>
Organizational support as well as IT procurement and license/asset management
</li>
<li>
Coordination of collaboration between IT and business units
</li>
</ul>
<h3>
What you bring to the table:
</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Completed IT training, e.g., IT specialist for system integration
</li>
<li>
Practical experience in system administration and IT support, as well as IT projects and project management
</li>
<li>
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience with Windows servers, Windows clients, user accounts, and permissions
</li>
<li>
Service-oriented mindset, clear communication, and ability to prioritize
</li>
<li>
Excellent German language skills and basic English skills for documentation and vendor support
</li>
<li>
Desirable: Cloud expertise, e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Mobile Device Management, or other Microsoft cloud services, or virtualization with VMware
</li>
