Operations assistant (m/f/d)

COSCO SHIPPING Bulk (Europe) GmbH is currently looking for an Operations Assistant (m/f/d) to assist in a newly developing project within our bulk shipping and port operations environment, with a strong focus on European ports.

Key Responsibilities (initial scope, subject to development)

• Support operational activities within the bulk shipping / port terminal logistics project
• Liaise with internal teams, port authorities, external service providers and other stakeholders
• Assist in coordination and execution of processes related to operations
• Contribute to the development and optimization of operational workflows
• Assist in reporting, documentation, and other day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements

• Experience in port terminal operations and/or logistics within the bulk shipping industry (strongly preferred)
• Very good command of Spanish (required due to local stakeholder communication)
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to travel, mainly in Europe
• Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving project environment
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
