* The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with excellent knowledge of business administration, including coordination of calendars for the management team, preparation of agendas and presentations, and assistance with travel bookings and expense management.
* Responsibilities also include greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and handling incoming and outgoing courier services.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 3-5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or Office Manager.
* Fluency in English and French
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
