Office Management Assistant
In this role, you will be a key member of the Office Management department.
Your primary responsibility will be to handle inquiries and requests from employees regarding services offered by the firm within our building.
You will provide assistance to employees and refer them to the appropriate contacts within the firm when necessary.
Main Responsibilities:
* Client reception and relations
* Manage employee requests and questions via our ticketing tool
* Monitor meeting room and space bookings for different firm services
* Assist with various administrative tasks and projects
