Senior Process Analyst
Location - Near Stuttgart
We are supporting a well-established, globally operating technology company in hiring a Senior Global Process Analyst to play a key role in a large-scale digital transformation programme. This is a high-impact position focused on driving end-to-end supply chain process improvements in an international environment.
The Opportunity
You will be part of a global transformation initiative aimed at modernising and standardising business processes across regions. Acting as a bridge between business, IT, and external partners, you will help design scalable processes that support both local requirements and global objectives.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead process analysis activities within transformation and digitalisation projects
* Engage with business stakeholders, partners, and suppliers to understand requirements
* Gather and translate business needs into structured process solutions
* Identify inefficiencies and pain points, and develop improved, streamlined processes
* Collaborate with global process experts to design and document harmonised workflows
* Ensure processes are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with international standards
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in process analysis or business process management, ideally in supply chain or operations
* Strong background working on global transformation or digitalisation programs
* Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and international teams
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex requirements into practical solutions
* Experience in process design, documentation, and optimisation
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured way of working
