1. You are responsible for the disposition of partial, complete and groupage loads by train and truck.
2. The pre-carriage, main-carriage and on-carriage scheduling for full loads and empties is also part of your tasks
3. You take over the coordination with drivers and warehouse personnel as well as the implementation of short-term changes
4. You create dispatch plans, loading lists and route plans
5. Processing service requests from our customers and our partners
6. You ensure optimal capacity utilization and continuous improvement of processes
Your profile:
7. You have successfully completed your training in the field of freight forwarding & logistics or a comparable apprenticeship
8. Ideally, you have several years of sound experience in the dispatching department
9. You are independent and systematic in your way of working, but at the same time flexible in stressful situations
10. Sense of responsibility and communication are among your strengths
11. You enjoy dealing with customers and working in a team
12. Fluent German and good English skills round off your profile
