YOUR TASKS
* You independently manage and advise a PAYBACK partner portfolio
* You coordinate cross-channel marketing activities with the partner to acquire and retain customers
* You analyze the success of the activities and optimize the measures
* You create the annual plan and monthly forecast for your partner portfolio and are responsible for achieving the targets
* In addition to managing partner-specific projects, you also collaborate with internal specialists from the areas of marketing, customer insights, operations/IT
* You prepare high-quality presentations at the management level and present the content convincingly to the partner
YOUR PROFILE
* You have a degree in economics/business administration or a comparable qualification
* You have initial professional experience in key account management, sales, or marketing
* You are creative and enjoy thinking about new marketing and sales approaches
* You have good analytical and structured thinking skills as well as an affinity for numbers and KPIs
* You count a pronounced hands-on mentality among your strengths
* You are communicative and your demeanor is customer-oriented
* You have very good German and English skills
