Responsibilities: You will lead the Operations Controlling team at the Hückelhoven site You will independently analyze the current production controlling processes and be responsible for their further development You will actively contribute to budget and forecasting processes You will participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings You will identify cost-saving opportunities in the production area You enjoy working with data and continuously develop the data structures, underlying systems, and processes You will serve as a sparring partner for site and production management to implement improvements at the plant You will maintain close communication with cross-site departments and collaborate closely with other CTT production sites Qualifications: You preferably hold a degree in business administration or a related field You have already gained some initial leadership experience You have in-depth knowledge of product costing and practical experience in operational controlling You are IT-savvy and preferably have prior experience with INTEX, SAP R3, and reporting systems You possess the ability to think analytically, interdisciplinary, and conceptually, as well as to act in a results-oriented manner You are willing to travel (approximately once a month) The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
