Our Managed Technology division rents out our audio, video, IT and communication solutions for international live events and offers a comprehensive service from project planning to on-site implementation. It's not just about festivals, like Rock am Ring or sporting events - like Formula 1 or the Super Bowl - but also about guaranteeing all guests a thrilling experience.

Come with us as Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Managed Technology on this exciting journey and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action.

In this role you will take ownership of the marketing strategy for this dynamic and growing business unit. You are the driving force behind positioning our complex technical solutions and global event services in the market. While acting as the strategic marketing lead for the division, you will work hand-in-hand with our central Marketing Operations team to translate business goals and New Product Introductions (NPIs) into high-impact, prioritized digital campaigns.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You define, develop, and execute the marketing strategy for the Managed Technology division to drive growth and strengthen global market positioning.
2. You collaborate with the MT Management and Sales teams to define strategic focus topics and implement effective go-to-market strategies for key markets and solutions.
3. You lead the positioning and launch of services and New Product Introductions (NPIs), ensuring impactful and well-coordinated market entries.
4. You shape the overarching value proposition and content strategy across all digital channels, including website, social media, and lead generation activities.
5. You act as the strategic interface between the Managed Technology division and the central Marketing Operations team, translating business objectives into clear campaign briefs and ensuring smooth execution.
6. You align and prioritize stakeholder requirements, focusing on high-impact initiatives and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing activities.

THAT'S YOU

7. Successful completion of university studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
8. At least 5 years of experience in strategic or product marketing, ideally in a B2B tech or complex solutions environment
9. Strong strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on attitude. You know how to build a roadmap for growth and are equally comfortable managing the pragmatic details of a launch
10. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills without direct authority
11. Solid understanding of B2B digital marketing ecosystems and experience with CRM or agile project tools is a plus
12. Industry knowledge in events, broadcasting, entertainment, or managed services is highly desirable
13. Fluent English skills (native or near-native level), additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French are desirable
