Payroll & HR Administration Specialist
This role is part of a broader Human Resources strategy focused on delivering high-quality support across all strategic and operational HR functions.
You will be responsible for payroll processing and personnel administration, contributing to both local and global HR projects. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, organizing medical check-ups, processing monthly payroll, handling inquiries, managing absences, collaborating with teams, ensuring timely compliance, reviewing processes, responding to requests, supporting compensation monitoring, and participating in ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll, proven experience in monthly payroll processing, strong numerical skills, attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, fluency in English and French, and a solid understanding of Luxembourg's legal framework.
