Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Boeing Global Services, Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) for the Norderstedt, Germany facility.

In this exciting role, you will coordinate customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery of spare parts by working closely with suppliers and customers. Your responsibilities includes tracking orders, managing delivery requirements, and resolving any issues to support smooth and efficient service.

Position Responsibilities:
Duties will include (but are not limited to):

1. Internal customer support for the sale of consumables for the aviation industry.

2. Looking after an international customer base from order receipt to payment and ensuring that the agreed services are fulfilled.

3. The responsibility for order processing and administration, including regular deadline monitoring in daily coordination with materials management and shipping departments to ensure on-time deliveries.

4. Regular communication with your customers about the status of their orders and coordinate any changes.

5. Monitoring returns and processing complaints rounds off your area of responsibility.

6. Being the first point of contact for any escalations or claims made by the customer, making sure to include the appropriate stakeholders and resolving any issues efficiently.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

7. Successful completion of a commercial training within logistics, wholesale or another related field.

8. 2+ years of professional experience in customer service in the aviation and/or wholesale sector.

9. Initial experience within after sales and order resolution.

10. Solid, proven written and spoken English skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

11. Proficiency in working with common ERP and CRM tools. Particularly SAP and Salesforce.

12. Proficiency with the MS Office package, especially Excel.

13. Familiarity with working for an international customer base.

14. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

15. Enjoyment of daily customer contact and working independently.
