Job Title: Service Delivery Consultant, EU Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including hands-on German payrolls via DATEV, including Gross-to-Net etc, pay runs, validations and reporting. Manage payroll volumes for multiple clients, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction. Serve as a trusted advisor on payroll regulations and legislative updates, ensuring all processes comply with local laws. Oversee payroll system setup, data migration, onboarding, and authorized payroll applications. Note limited to include vendor coordination, reconciliations, statutory submissions, and timely salary disbursements. Oversee associated activities such as leave management, employee master data updates, and compliance with local payroll legislation. Provide HR and human capital advisory, particularly for companies expanding into Europe, including Global EOR and Payroll Outsourcing projects. Handle employment and training visa applications or extensions for clients, ensuring adherence to local immigration rules. Participate in client meetings and support project execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and service standards are met. Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, transitions, and ongoing service deliver Requirements Diploma/Degree in HR & Payroll or related field 2–3 years of hands-on German payroll experience. Strong practical knowledge of DATEV modules (Lohn & Gehalt, LODAS, Unternehmen Online, Arbeitnehmer Online). Experience in payroll outsourcing, EOR, or multi-country payroll environments preferred. Good understanding of German payroll legislation (tax, social security, reporting). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. English proficiency required
