Your Responsibilities:
7. Establish, maintain, and optimize project management processes and tools for Future Air Power's Spanish projects, in line with Airbus Defence and Space standards
8. Support Project Managers in detailed planning, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting for assigned projects
9. Ensure consistency and quality of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and decision logs
10. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams, internal and external stakeholders, and Spanish partners
11. Monitor project performance, identify deviations, propose corrective actions, and escalate issues when necessary
12. Coordinate and consolidate project information for the preparation of executive reports and presentations for senior management
13. Participate in the implementation of best practices in project management and the continuous improvement of the Project Management Office (PMO)
14. Act as the key point of contact for all PMO-related matters for Spanish projects
Your Profile:
15. Completed studies in engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
16. Several years of work experience in project management
17. Several years of work experience in PMO or Project Management roles, preferably in complex environments and/or the aerospace/defense sector
18. Familiarity with the defense industry and the dynamics of international projects is a plus
19. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
20. Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Primavera P6)
21. Fluent English skills both spoken and written
22. German and Spanish are a plus
