The VIE contract in short:
According to Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland und Liechtenstein) nationals.

Your team and missions:
The Internal Audit department independently assesses and enhances the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance. It identifies areas for operational improvement and ensures compliance across all departments serving investment companies and institutional investors. By conducting meticulous audits and coordinating with management, they play a crucial role in safeguarding the bank's integrity and performance.
In this context, you will be in position to:
1. Understand risk-oriented assessments of the processing and control activities of the audited areas and to support the audit teams in performing the audit tasks;
2. Support to evaluate the results;
3. Help to describe findings and define measures
4. Document both findings and measures in reports;
5. Assist to discuss the results with both auditees and the managers in a clear and convincing manner.
This role provides an opportunity to develop auditing expertise, beginning with active involvement in follow-up activities. You will be able to verify the adequacy of implemented measures and assess their practical impact. Participation in group and local audit projects is expected, fostering specialized knowledge in areas such as asset servicing, IT, or compliance under supervision.
Responsibilities also include proactive team support, audit-related data maintenance, and knowledge transfer. Within two years, through various group-wide audit assignments, the candidate is expected to attain the level of Junior Auditor, preparing them for future challenging positions within CACEIS or the broader Crédit Agricole Group. Professional development is supported through relevant seminars.
