Partner Manager – DACH HiBob helps modern, mid‑size businesses transform the way they manage people, delivering a data‑driven HR platform that enables global, remote, and collaborative work. Job Responsibilities Drive accelerated growth in the DACH region through consistent and thoughtful partner engagement strategies. Recruit and manage a pipeline of net new partners: HR consultancies, advisory partners, HRIS experts, system integrators, and employment services businesses. Ensure partner success in the first 90 days and beyond, guiding them from onboarding to productive pipeline and revenue‑driving output. Develop and execute a long‑term strategy for managing and growing a portfolio of partner accounts. Work with Tech Partner managers to leverage integration partner networks for channel partnership. Become an expert in presenting the value of our Partner Program, refining recruitment approaches. Identify and prioritize the right partners for our program, focusing on DACH priority markets & segments. Maintain engagement cadences with existing partners to foster continuous pipeline growth. Organize and host partner engagement & marketing activities (lunch & learns, co‑marketing campaigns, webinars). Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for new partners and their clients. Create and deliver presentations that communicate impact and requirements of the HiBob Partner Program to stakeholders. Job Requirements 4–6+ years of Partner Management experience in a high‑growth SaaS environment. Direct experience in the DACH region. Experience managing partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle and owning a revenue target. Ability to efficiently identify best‑fit partners based on rigorous, full‑context analysis. Proven ability to develop effective partner engagement strategies and drive mutual value generation. Experience working with partner marketing to define, align, and execute joint initiatives. Comfortable building a partner book of business from scratch. Capability to lead external client or partner conversations with executives. Thriving in a fast‑paced and entrepreneurial environment. Fluency in German (C1 level or higher). Willingness to travel as required. Nice to Haves Direct sales experience. Experience in HR tech related industry. Job Benefits Company share options plan.
