Your Responsibilities As an Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) for Amondis, you are responsible for the smooth operation and continuous development of the software—working closely with users and the technical team. You will manage the Amondis application during ongoing operations: You will analyze errors, coordinate solutions with the manufacturer, and ensure that users can work efficiently—with a measurable reduction in system downtime. You are the first point of contact for users with questions about Amondis (second-level support): You act as a liaison between business departments and IT, solve problems in a solution-oriented manner, and document findings for future cases. You oversee software updates and releases: You coordinate testing, inform user groups, and ensure that new features are rolled out smoothly—minimal friction, maximum acceptance. You analyze requirements from business departments and translate them into specific configuration changes or development requests to the manufacturer—from requirement to implemented solution. You maintain and optimize interfaces between Amondis and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, DMS, HR systems) and ensure data consistency and stable processes. Your Profile Completed business or IT training, a relevant degree, or relevant professional experience—what matters to us is not your title, but that you can understand business processes and confidently map them in Amondis in terms of configuration, technology, and processes. You have experience in supporting business applications or ERP systems—ideally Amondis or comparable solutions (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage). Strong communication skills: You can explain technical matters in a way that non-IT users can understand and remain calm and solution-oriented in stressful situations. You have a structured approach to work, take initiative, and can set priorities—even when juggling multiple projects at once.
