Job Description:
Liebherr IT-Services GmbH is the central IT of the company group (Mechanical Engineering) with a focus on future IT demand supply organization & global collaboration (decentral IT departments). As the IT lead, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and management of a subset of sales and service companies. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, department heads, and external partners to ensure that strategic direction and technology solutions align with business goals and integrate into the Group IT. You will oversee our IT service value chain, implement IT policies, and align technology with our business objectives to maximize success. * Lead and manage IT services, ensuring the development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of the IT service management system.
* Oversee the enterprise-wide budgeting process for information technology, including strategic planning and financial management.
* Develop and maintain the organizational structure and staffing for IT, ensuring all personnel are adequately qualified.
* Contribute to the Liebherr Group Strategy & Process development, actively driving compliance and capability management.
* Manage all enterprise IT subsidiaries, including organizational processes, security, and standards.
* Ensure realization of information security requirements and IT compliance.
* Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, with a successful track record in developing and executing IT strategies in a complex business environment.
* Experience with process organization based on SAP S/4 HANA is highly advantageous.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
* Experience managing IT projects, budgets, and resources, with a focus on results delivered on time and within budget. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to IT governance, security, and compliance.
* Flexibility, commitment, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility and vision for technological innovation.
* Fluent in English (C1), with good knowledge of French or German.
