Commercial & Administrative Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced coordinator to manage the administrative aspects of sales activities for a portfolio of assigned customers. This entails acting as a key interface between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of product launches, commercial offers, and promotional campaigns.
* Product lifecycle management: From article creation in enterprise resource planning systems to managing commercial documentation, samples, contracts, and pricing.
* Customer portals, order and invoice tracking, and participation in commercial meetings.
This role is vital to the success of customer projects, ensuring operational feasibility, smooth communication, and compliance with deliverables. You must meet deadlines, maintain data accuracy, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or supply chain management.
* Significant experience in an industrial environment, preferably in sales coordination or sales support.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and enterprise resource planning systems.
* Meticulous, well-organized, customer-oriented, and capable of working cross-functionally.
* Fluency in English and German is essential; any additional language is considered an asset.
