About the Role
An international technology-driven organization is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal department. This role will focus on Corporate Law & Privacy, supporting a wide range of internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on global privacy regulations and commercial transactions, particularly in the context of digital products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing legal function within a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with global privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
* Develop and maintain internal privacy policies and frameworks
* Advise on privacy aspects of product development and service delivery
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (e.g., NDAs, service, licensing)
* Support internal teams with legal guidance across departments
* Collaborate with external counsel on complex legal matters
* Monitor legal developments and promote a culture of compliance
Qualifications
* Fully qualified Lawyer in Germany
* At least 4 years of experience in privacy and corporate law
* Strong understanding of international data protection frameworks
* Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex legal agreements
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
* Experience in a regulated or technology-driven environment is advantageous
* High level of integrity, attention to detail, and business-oriented mindset
