Job Opportunity for Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced sales manager to join our client's team in Germany. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with small business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow relationships with an assigned list of small business partners, including regular visits and promotional activities.
* Travel daily to meet local partners, utilizing provided routes, contact information, and maps.
* Promote services, ensure client satisfaction, and close transactions effectively.
* Utilize basic reporting tools, such as Excel and company CRM, to track progress and performance.
* Represent the company professionally in the field, maintaining a positive image and reputation.
Requirements:
* Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
* Basic English language skills, sufficient for communication with internal teams.
* A valid Category B Driver's License and willingness to travel daily.
* Familiarity with Android smartphones, Windows computers, and Excel software.
* Previous experience in shop or small business management, travel agencies, or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
* Strong communication, responsibility, and ability to work independently without micromanagement.
