As a member of our Innovation and R&D function, you’ll collaborate with various laboratories and commercial teams to drive the growth of our Electric & Electronic (E&E) segment. We’re looking for a dynamic R&D Project Leader with expertise in flame-retardant formulations to lead strategic innovation projects and support new application developments.
Lead Innovation Projects: Manage and execute development projects for new polyamide solutions tailored to E&E applications. Drive Technical Exploration: Lead exploratory projects to address emerging technologies and applications. Support Customer-Facing Teams: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and engage directly with customers when needed to foster expert-level exchanges.
Plan and analyze tests, and support industrial teams in formulation updates.
Global Collaboration: Provide technical support to our teams in China, India, and the US on local product development initiatives.
