Responsibilities:
1. Own and drive sales, gross profit, and operating results (OR) for the Turbomachinery segment in the region
2. Translate strategic goals into actionable sales and marketing plans
3. Identify and develop key account customers and strategic partnerships to sustain and grow business
4. Lead the implementation of value-added selling techniques
5. Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
6. Develop and manage sales and marketing plans in the region
7. Prepare and execute annual operative planning for the segment Turbo Machinery, covering filter element sales and engineering project sales.
8. Provide strategic proposals, focusing on new ideas for products, digital solutions, and business models
9. Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team, fostering a culture of sales excellence and accountability.
Qualifications:
10. Degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or Business Administration
11. 10+ years of industry experience in sales and technical roles, with leadership responsibility
12. Strong knowledge of turbomachinery or related industrial markets
13. Proven track record in successful Sales Management preferably with P&L responsibility
14. Fluent in commercial and technical English; excellent communication and presentation skills
15. Strong leadership, team building, and stakeholder management capabilities
16. High level of self-motivation, social competence, and intercultural awareness
17. Willingness to travel across the region and internationally
