HR Portfolio Specialist Role
This position entails overseeing the day-to-day activities of our human resources information systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum 2 years of experience in the industry. They should be proficient in IT tools and systems, fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
Key responsibilities include supervising user incidents, change requests related to HRIS systems, and their interface with third-party systems. The successful candidate will also support HR units in digitizing their processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
System upgrades, training, and technical support are key aspects of this role, as is following up on all projects within the HR department.
